Tried to publicly leave feedback, but very temperamental & gave up after 3rd try. That being said, Avas flowers were excellent. My initial florist cancelled 1 1/2 days before the funeral. They also said no other florists in the area could fill my order. I googled & found Avas flowers. I ordered online. Delivery was as promised & flowers were beautiful. Will order from Avas flowers again.

The purchase experience was great. Gabby the sale representative of Avas was professional and a wonderful help for me. The wonderful staff are always so kind and helpful. 5 stars out of 5 stars to the business. Thanks for your assistance she was so excited about the flower basket.

I could not be more satisfied with your customer service. Truly top-of-the-line. Your employees should be commended. Donna shared a photo of the flowers that were delivered. I was very disappointed. That was not $97.00 worth of flowers. I went back and checked the invoice thinking perhaps there was a phenomenal service/delivery charge. No charges listed, only flowers were priced out. Having worked in the floral business for a number of years I do not believe I'm being overly critical.
