Ava's Flowers always gives me exceptional customer service. I can always contact someone from the customer service department and adjust orders to suit particular tastes or needs. I haven't heard any news on this particular arrangement, but I've NEVER had a bad experience with Ava's and don't expect a negative experience this time either. Many thanks!

I am a secretary for FedEx in Cross Lanes, West Virginia and we had a driver contractor have a loss in his family. I chose to order an arrangement from a local florist near the funeral home. Ava's done a wonderful job helping create my order, delivering promptly and notifying me of each step. I greatly appreciate the assistance and would recommend to others.

The service was excellent! I ordered at 8:00 AM and the flowers were for the same day delivery and they were received by noon. Thank you for the wonderful experience. Our daughter who started a new job as a school administrator loved the flowers. I will use Avas Flowers again.

I was sent a photo from Maritza two days ago of the bouquet, still going strong! Amazing,10 days later. It looked beautiful. Simple, elegant and yet full blooms of good size. She loved it. Thank you for delivering such a fine product at such a sensitive time for this family.
