The florist I normally used recently passed away and I needed sympathy flowers for a close friends funeral service. Time got away from me and it's the day before the service and had not ordered flowers. I called Ava's Flowers and they took caref me, flowers were delivered the same day called. They definitely have a new customer. Thank you!

Very good experience! The person taking the order was helpful. Really appreciate the fact that she checked to make sure the flowers could be delivered in time for the service BEFORE placing the order. Also greatly appreciated the follow-up email to confirm the delivery was made even earlier than promised. You took the guess work and worry out of this process. Also, the recipient confirmed that the plant was lovely. This was the best experience I have ever had ordering flowers over the phone!
