Ozzie was very helpful in taking my order. I was pleased that it was delivered in the time frame that was expected. I ordered the Elegant Bliss with a purple ribbon. When Ozzie talked to the designer, I thought that was the arrangement that would be sent. The recipient sent a picture to me. It was greenery with some yellow, white and peach colored flowers. It was pretty but not what I thought the order would be.
