Your email indicated my order was to be delivered on 12/29, when in fact, the delivery date was to be January 4th, the day before the viewing and memorial service. Would you please confirm that the flowers were delivered according to the order, and not per the email asking for feedback. Otherwise, we have been happy with Ava's floral delivery. I was extremely pleased! Thank you! My four siblings will all be using you when we send flowers to our beloved now 94 year old Mother in a Personal Care home in Fishers, IN. We all visit her throughout the year and one lives there and visits every other day, but we often like to send flowers on Special Days. We are very happy to have found you. Two of us have used your service so far. We are very, very pleased! Well done!
