The ordering was easy and I was able to purchase exactly what I wanted. Price was good. Flowers were beautiful and stuffed animal was cute. Our Grand daughter loved them and they were delivered as promised.

I didn't realize that when I ordered on the day I wanted my flowers delivered, that they might not make it in time, until the anotification pooped up on the form that I missed the cutoff time. So, I called customer service and the very polite representative verified with delivery that there would be no problem and my flowers were delivered later that day. I heard they were beautiful.

I didn't see the bouquet, but I appreciated that you called the delivery location, and got the flowers there during the work hours, and not at 7:00 PM, as you had said you might do. The place closes as 5:00, so the bouquet would not have been deliverable after that time. The recipient got to enjoy them there an additional day, because you called to check about delivery first. Thank you!
