This was my second time using Ava's for a floral order. My first time I ordered over the phone for flowers for a funeral that was next day. They were a great help and the flowers were amazing according to our relatives at the funeral in PA. The second time was online and during the order input I was confused when it asked for my password and I did not know it. I went out to have my password sent to me and when I went to my emails to check for the response and came back to the order, it seemed that I would have to renter the items, so I did. When I completed the process, I realized the order actually showed doubles of everything and called in to try to get help in fixing the problem. I was helped with that problem, and the flowers were beautiful and I am just waiting for the credit to be placed into my account. I will follow thru and call if that does not happen for some reason. Your customer service is amazing and I really appreciate all that was done. I will always use Ava's for my PA floral delivery needs. Thank you and have a Great New Year!
