Lady I talked with on the phone for very pleasant. She was very attentive and read everything back to me . Completed my order. I live in Kennebunk Maine and not able to travel so wanted to send a bouquet of flowers to 4 special friends who were celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary in Gettysburg.
