The photo my cousin sent me of the white roses showed they were already turning brown at the edges. That was the day she received them. They looked OK as far as an arrangement but no real WOW factor. Little bit of greens and no baby's breathe in the arrangement. Never received a confirmation of my order via e-mail and when I call CS, on hold for too long so I used your call back system with a time, never received a call back. Just glad she did receive the flowers even if they were not up to my standards.
