The person who helped me on the phone was courteous and helpful. I appreciate the effort put forth to get the order right and delivered. Although I didn't get to see the plant, my daughter was there and said it was beautiful.

When I called to place my order for a funeral spray, I was greeted with spoke to Brian who was professional and sympathic to our situation. He handled my transaction with dignity and without having to spend a lot of time being placed on hold. Brian told me the flowers would be would be delivered on a Saturday, and they were. The flower arrangement was beautiful and exactly what I saw on their website. I will definately use them again.
