Woman taking order over the phone was very pleasant and helpful. For an extra fee I was able to have my order delivered with a couple of hours. Hope the birthday-girl recipient loved the flowers

Easier to order, delivered on time. Flowers were very pretty but NOTHING like the picture!! Way smaller definitely not worth amount of money we spent

Ray, I believe is his name, was so helpful . Flowers are not inexpensive so ordering them long distance is an act of faith....our friend, Tom, and his family have let us know that the bouquet was gorgeous and made Tom very happy. That's all we were hoping for. Thank you so much!

My past experience with online floral orders for family/friends living in other states has left me underwhelmed with both the process and product delivered.
