When I placed the order via telephone, the receptionist was very professional and assisted in the selection in the price range I requested. On the day of delivery, I received a call to inform me of the delivery status as well as an email. The recipient of the arrangement was very pleased and sent a photo of the fruit basket. Very respectfully.
