My experience was excellent. The flowers were gorgeous and the delivery person went out of his way to deliver in person after hours to avoid the cold and was very sensitive as it was a sympathy bouquet. I am assuming it was excellent. It was for the wife of a board member of ours that had passed. I heard that she said they were beautiful.

Roses arrived and were beautiful. The thing I noticed was that the arrangement was "bare" in the middle so felt that the stems could have been arranged better for presentation purposes. I wondered why there were 20 roses and not 24. If there would have been 4 more roses in the vase, it would have filled in the bare space. That is my only critique. The card was beautiful and the recipient is still smiling Monday morning from your delivery on Friday! She told me that the roses stayed fresh all weekend and still look great! Thank you.
