I went to visit my friend in the hospital where I had the new baby flowers delivered. I was very pleased with the arrangement. They were gorgeous flowers. However, I paid for one Mylar balloon which was there and also one latex balloon which was not. That was an extra $2 on the order. I'm not sure why this was left off but had I not gone to visit my friend I would not have known. So my question is, was this done accidentally or is this something small you do to your customers in hope of making a few extra dollars?

The receipient sent me a photo of the flowers and they were even more beautiful than the picture on your site. Arrived at the time that I designated. The website was easy to use.
