The person who helped me was thorough and efficient, and pleasant to work with over the phone. It was so nice to work with a human, and have no contact with a phone tree or computer voice speaking to me. The order went in at noon at delivery happened same day. Very impressive! Thank you for providing quality service during these days when that happens so infrequently. I tried to post on line for you but at the end I was asked to verify my log in info - to complicated at end so I stopped.

The order was received within 3 hours of purchase! I am from out of state and placed an order for a friend, she loved them. I appreciate that the flowers were not in full bloom when she received them, its nice to know that she will be able to watch the lily's and roses bloom over the first couple days. Thank you
