Phone rep was outstanding...cheerful, efficient and knowledgeable. She knew what to do in all areas and did not keep me longer than needed. Was kind of a last minute Easter order too but from what I heard flowers were delivered on-time Saturday. My Mother let me know that she really liked the bouquet too, so all is good - very positive experience cover-to-cover!
