It was very easy to pick an arrangement online and send it. The dish garden arrived the same day which is a great feature.

The services for which i needed to send flowers were sudden, far away from my home in Illinois and planned for the past Monday evening, so i called Monday morning to order. I was told i would get a confirming email but did not and when i checked the status of my order online, it told me the flowers were scheduled for redelivery on Tuesday. So i called and a gentleman checked for me and assured me they had been delivered as requested on Monday. I was greatly relieved and then later my friend, for whose father-in-law the flowers were ordered, texted me that the bouquet was very beautiful. So it all turned out well. The woman i spoke to to place the order and the man who checked on it for me were both very professional and courteous. Thank you.
