The Teddy Bear did not arrive with the flowers, balloon and card. I called Customer Service and told them what had happened. Even though I did not get a call back, the next day after she had left the hospital the teddy bear was delivered to her home. I was very pleased with the service even with the little error. Also, my daughter loved everything.

I really appreciated the text message and email confirming delivery. I have ordered from a few places and I always end up having to follow-up with them to confirm it was received, so I was happily surprised to get the text from you all. And it was delivered on time, which is another thing that usually doesn't happen with other companies. I don't have any complaints!
