I had trouble placing my order on line. I called and my order was placed quickly.

Ava’s flowers is the best and most reliable delivery service there is. I placed an order (through a different delivery service) for birthday flowers to be delivered to my aunt in Pennsylvania. After receiving a delivery notification, I contacted my aunt to ask if she received them, and we then both discovered I accidentally put “Avenue“ in her street address, rather than “Street.“ In her town, there are valid house addresses at both. She drove by the other address, but no one was there at the time. Rather than try to chase down the missed delivered flowers, I googled “same day delivery flowers“ and one of the first search results was Ava’s flowers. I placed the order around 10 AM on a Saturday and noticed that there was a disclaimer that said no guarantees for same day delivery. Well I had the biggest pleasant surprise when my aunt texted me and said she received a gorgeous flower delivery around 1 PM that day! I was blown away by the speed of service and of course the quality of the arrangement. I will always use and recommend Ava’s flowers from now on!

Very nice and helpful staff on the phone. Accommodated my need to a quick delivery, which was much appreciated.

Pricing was good and flowers were delivered as promised.

I cancelled my order because it was no longer needed because it was going to the hospital and she did not have surgery but everyone was very nice and if I need to order flowers in the future I would consider Avas flowers
