I finally found out Sue got the dish I ordered. It was a great mystery to Sue as to who sent it. I elected not to include a card for $3.99, as I thought that was excessive. So there was no clue who sent it. Sorry, but I thought there would be something to indicate the sender. It left me to worry if she got it.
