I found the Avas Flowers website easy to navigate with many beautiful floral options shown. While I did not have to pay delivery charges, the handling charges (can't remember the exact term) were higher than I anticipated. Almost didn't order because of that. The recipient sent me a text picture of the bouquet when it was delivered (delivered "on time"). The bouquet was beautiful and everything I had hoped for. The enclosure card had a lovely font and was worded exactly as I had requested. The recipients were very appreciative. I found Avas Flowers trustworthy and would use them again in the future provided I can afford to. :)
