The lady I spoke with when I called from Florida was very very helpful and took time to explain and then repeat everything I had ordered. I was very appreciative of the help as I am not used to doing this. Our daughter was able to go to Thomas Marlins' funeral and she said the flowers were very beautiful and were taken right back to the home when the funeral was finished so Mrs. Marlin could enjoy them and that was our thinking when I ordered the plant and flowers.
