I was very pleased with my experience ordering...it’s a little unsettling when you’re trying to send something across the country and not sure what the outcome will be. I first spoke with John, who was quite helpful, then was contacted by another representative when delivery would be the next day...this was then followed by a “thank you” and picture from the recipient! The arrangement was gorgeous! I have no complaints.....a positive, easy experience!!
