Great service but the surprise handling cost of almost $20 wasn’t mentioned until the very end of my ordering when I submitted my cc number. The total cost should be revealed before taking someone’s entire order information, it’s very unprofessional to do that. The lady taking my order was exceptionally good at her job, pleasant & easy to understand on the phone. The arrangement arrived on time & was as described so I’m very happy with it overall.
