When the order was placed, I was not notified that the flowers would be delivered by UPS nor a delivery time. AFTER I received the invoice, I noticed the delivery time was set for 7:00 PM. Giving the customer the option of choosing a delivery time, or advising when NOT to deliver, would be very helpful. Also, flowers should NOT be left on the doorstep. The flowers did arrive, however, just as my daughter was getting ready to leave so she was able to bring them inside and saved the flowers.
