Bouquet was for my sister, who had surgery on Monday. She was checked out of hospital when delivery attempt was made (who knew she would get discharged so soon!). I called you the next day, and arranged to have bouquet delivered to her home, which was done that very day. Thank you so much! She said the flowers are lovely, and I am grateful for your re-delivering the bouquet so quickly.

Thanks. Delivery was on time. Everything perfect. My mother was very happy to get this gift. I live in Australia and she lives in California so sending gifts are always hard as I am not aware of whether customers are satisfied.
