Very helpful, especially when I couldn't get ahold of the local florist I usually use , I assume, because as use of the holiday. I was confused about a text that said my order was being prepared when the order was supposed to be delivered two days previously. I was alarmed. Perhaps the text was posted late by my phone service or I noticed it late. The only concern I had was how long it took to get to a person to verify that my order was delivered on time. The person I talked to was very helpful and reassuring!! Thank you. My order was delivered as promised!!
