The flowers were beautiful; unfortunately, my sister did not receive them on her birthday. They were sent to her office and she was in a different building and never went back to her office. When I sent an e-mail saying she did not receive them, there was an immediate response saying they would check with the local person who delivered them. I never heard back but the next day I did notify them that she found them in her office.
