The person I talked to on the phone was very helpful. I was calling from Illinois & was having a plant sent to the Travis family on Palm Coast in memory of their son who had just passed away. The clerk helped me choose the Sympathy Peace Lily plant. The people I sent the plant to said it was beautiful with lots of blooms. They had an altar set up for a memorial Mass in their home & were placing the plant right by the altar. My husband & I are very pleased with Ava's Flowers-- Thank You!
