I ordered late on a Saturday evening and had the arraignment delivered on Monday morning. The recipients daughter raved over the flowers. She said they were gorgeous. Sadly the recipient passed away on Tuesday, but the daughter was so impressed with the flowers that she contacted to Florist that sent them and ordered all of the funeral flowers from them. Thank you

I was concerned that the flowers would not get to the funeral in time as the delivery had been attempted the day before, as requested by me. It is a church and perhaps, the church will not take deliveries on a Sunday which was the day before the funeral. I called your customer service and got a very nice lady who really worked on finding out what happened to the arrangement, as the tracking in did on the computer said that it was "pending" delivery just 1 1/2 hrs prior to the funeral. She told me she would keep trying to reach the florist, who was probably out on the delivery when she tried to call them while I was waiting and got no answer from them. Anyway, I got to the funeral and the flowers were indeed there and they were very beautiful. Please extend my thanks to your service lady who had to calm my jittery nerves and was very pleasant and patient. She did a good job. So did the florist. Thank you, Linda Davis

You gave me superb service as I was sending a message to my terminally ill cousin in USA from my home in England. Her daughter sent me photographs of the plant arrangement you provided and i am a little disappointed that there were no flowers as shown in the picture on your site. Having said that you achieved my objective of letting my cousin know that her UK family are thinking of her so THANK YOU

I spoke with three different people at your company. I ordered flowers for a friend to be sent to her hospice facility. The next morning I found out she had passed. I called and spoke to an amazing woman who comforted me in my grief. She was able to pause my order until I found out about the funeral. I got a voicemail from another fantastic woman who had found out when the funeral was. The level of customer service and the genuine caring I received from your staff is second to none. I appreciate it even more in the middle of grief. I wish I had recorded their names. Thank you again!
