First time I used Avas Flowers since I live in Miami and they are located in Broward. It was easy, smooth and timely. Frances was my assistant and she couldn't have been more helpful. I needed to write a thank you note to my car dealer and we kicked around some ideas. Her patience is outstanding. Thank you for making this one...out of so many everyday tasks....quick, easy and pleasant! Will spread the word and always keep you in mind when I need to send flowers to my Broward County friends.

You did an excellent job in helping me select the best possible plant for Denise. It was a pleasure in dealing with you in choosing the "perfect' flower especially for her. Your employee even took the time to call and tell me that you were out of the pink flower and if the red was ok. ( of course it was). I have a feeling her home was a little difficult to locate~~to my knowledge there was no problem delivering the flowers to Denise. Thank you for the kindness you extended to me in surprising Denise with her flowers. She said they really brighten her day. She has terminal cancer and that meant so much to me. Thank you all for all your help! You were great!!!
