I understand the flowers were totally beautiful. Your designer did an excellent job. My brother can hardly talk but as soon as anyone came in the room he would point to them and say my name. He passed away last night unexpectedly and I'm finding so much comfort with his enjoymeant of the flowers. Thank you for your marvelous work Sincerely Debbie Willoughby

The flowers were beautiful and were delivered at by the time that I asked. The only downside was that the sales associate asked if I wanted a different bow than the one in the picture. I chose to change the bow to a pink bow and it was not used. The bow in the picture was used was the one in the picture and I'm not sure if I was charged for the pink bow. Otherwise, the flowers were beautiful!!!

I'm not sure how your service can be improved. The person who handled my order was very polite and professional. The gift that I ordered was delivered to the correct location within hours of placing the order. It was a very positive experience.
