The arrangement was beautiful and the sales rep, Albert, was very helpful and supportive. However I asked for 2 particular flowers, daisies and yellow lilies, to be added to the spray of flowers. It was the first thing I asked Albert to do and he had assured me that they would be in the the arrangement. Neither flower was in the arrangement, It was definetely a disappointment.
