Hi, Thank you for sending me another plant. The first plant all the limbs were broken and the plant started to die after one week. The second plant is much better. Your service was very good. I was not able to attend the viewing therefore I don't know what the flowers look like but hope they were pretty.

I love the fast service, inter-state delivery and options for bouquets. I have many friends out of state and I love that there is one website I can go to to order flowers for everyone. But, I feel there is a HUGE difference between the bouquet I select and the one that is delievered. I understand they are not guarnteed to look exactly like the picture but when I select a bouquet with multiple roses and the recieved bouqet only has two I feel a little misled. I will keep shopping here but will be selecting the lower priced options as that seems the best bet.

Her late mother was a floral designer in Sanford, N.C. for a number of yrs. and my friend said her Mother would have been very impressed!
