Ordering process was easy and fast. Priced reasonable. Basket was delivery on requested date with a bonus of being delivered by noontime. Recipient pleased with basket selection and presentation. Thanks for making is so easy to make a change to the order. Will use Avas Flowers again.

Laurel Ward said the flowers were In great shape and the packaging was fantastic. She was very happy and said she would keep the florist information so she could use the same when she needed flowers herself. So easy for me to order from here in Texas and the email I received allowed me to know the flowers had been delivered to her porch which I then called her because they sometimes do not use the front door. All in all, a great experience.

Thank you for refunding the special delivery fee that I was charged. I wanted flowers delivered before 11am and they were delivered at 11:45 - that was cutting it a little close as the memorial service started at 1:00. But at least they were there in time for the service. Thank you.
