I ordered flowers Friday morning and they were delivered Friday afternoon to my grand mother who was very ill. We live in Colorado so we were unable to be there. She woke up early Saturday morning and committed on how beautiful the flowers were and wanted to know who they were from.The family told her they were from us her grandkids and she passed a short time later. I want to thank you for assisting with letting her know her grandkids loved her and were thinking about her at her passing.

She received the flowers and said that they were BEAUTIFUL!
Thank you so much......I had tried this order with 1-800-flowers and they lost the order. This was the second goof up with them in two weeks. I will never use them again. Again thank you so much, because it was a gated community and that you figured out to leave it with her next door neighbor was brilliant!!
