When I placed my order a young lady by the name of Taylor was very helpful. I didn't feel rushed, or pressured to upgrade my order. The flowers were originally supposed to go to the residence, then I had the order sent to the funeral home. Again I was helped by a nice representative who actually called the driver to change the delivery address. My total experience was great.
