I had a wonderful experience with Avas Flowers. I was confused when I searched for a flower shop in Parma, OH and found this one but it said IL. I called and the young man was very kind to explain that you had shops in several locations. I really like the way I was notified at each stage of the delivery and it was delivered to the right place and person. I will assume it looks like the picture since I have not seen the plant. Good job. I will check with you again if I need flowers around the country. Joyce
