We saw your site when we googled florist shops and saw great reviews. My friend loved her bouquet and sent us a picture of her and the flowers. Looked lovely! We appreciated the discount! The recipient was thrilled with her bouquet. Flowers were excellent. The delivery was delayed two days. Your tracking system is excellent. However, emails instructing me to call, plus the actual phone calls with messages, were excessive. The information I attained by online tracking provided all the information I needed. Thanks for the extra effort.

My sister put a picture on Facebook of my gift. It looks beautiful. I was impressed that I received a phone call prior to delivery that you were out of yellow daisies and asking for permission to substitute another flower. That was very thoughtful of you as I would never have known what was supposed to be in it by the picture on line. Thanks for that.
