The plant was very nice and healthy. The only thing I didn’t like was the hidden handling charge. I thought it was excessive. When you stated Free Delivery, I didn’t expect to see a huge handling charge, especially since it was a plant. If I hadn’t been behind in my schedule to leave for Ohio, I wouldn’t have placed the order. I would have found another florist online. One other thing was that I had a problem with entering information for the final order. When I put in the credit card number, the very last number I hit was wrong. It wouldn’t let me go to that spot and correct the one number. I had to start over with the credit card information. That was very frustrating because it took extra time to place the order. I am just happy that the plant was nice. I have had other experiences where the plants were broken or not very healthy looking.

Since I placed my order from out-of-state, I wasn't able to go to the funeral home. However, several of my siblings were there and confirmed that the flower had been delivered and was beautiful. Thanks!
