I'm told the flowers were beautiful. Checking out was confusing for who ever I was transferred to & wherever they may have been. It took several people to get the job done. I was slightly annoyed when I realized I was not talking to an actual small local business. But the flowers were beautiful & delivered as I wanted. Thank you,
