I appreciated the call and email advising that the order was unable to be delivered on time. However when I initially ordered, I specifically verbally asked if it could be delivered prior to the funeral at 10 am and was told "yes". I realize it was Valentine's Day, but maybe some of those flowers could have been delivered a bit later in the day since it was Valentine's Day all day, unlike the funeral at 10 am. However I presume the fruit and cheese basket was well received. I have had no contact from the recipients to date, so am hoping it was delivered in a timely fashion and contained more than simply bananas, oranges and apples for the quoted price! I thank you for your concern and follow-up.
