Because we live in N Y state, and I needed to send flowers to a dear friend in Cleveland OH, I went on line and Ava's was first on the listin the phone book--I called and was warmly greeted by a friendly voice -- and a very helpful person at that-- I chose cut flowers and they were delivered that afternoon-- our friends praised our choice-- it also helped that Ava's displays photos of arrangements on their website-- a very easy, pleasant experience. I've never used a website to order flowers before. In the month of December I had 2 very important people to send love to, through flowers. The first was my daughter in Las Vegas who had given birth to twins and the second was my best friend in South Dakota who had surgery! Because I had a great experience with your company in Las Vegas, I was over the moon happy, when your site came up for Sioux Falls and it was a no brainer to order from you again.
