Selecting and ordering flowers online was very user friendly and efficient. However, as I was unable to attend neither the visitation nor the funeral, I have no idea what the flowers I purchased actually looked like or if they were delivered on time and to the correct location. For future online customers, would it be possible to attach a photo of the arrangement being sent out in their name to your survey message? Just a thought. I would use your services again. Thank you.

I gave Avas the wrong address because it was to be delivered and apparently they found that out and delivered it 1.6 miles away to the right office. I called to correct it, but I think they had already delivered it to the right place when I called.

The flowers were beautiful, delivered as promised, and your service is excellent. This is the second time I have contacted your company to arrange for flowers to be delivered to my friend in CT -- she has had major surgery and health problems this year. Both times she has sent me photos of the flowers, and they have given her a great deal of pleasure. Thank you.
