My phone call was answered promptly, courteously, and professionally. The customer service representative was very knowledgeable, understanding, and very helpful. I appreciate being able to track my order to insure it was delivered on time----it was! I will use Ava's again if I an unfamiliar with area florist. Thank you for the service you provided.
