I ordered from Australia and found the system for ordering easy to use. I did send a question to customer support which was very promptly answered. My friend received her flowers which she said was beautiful and a lovely surprise. She loves spring time in Detroit because of the beautiful flowers so I couldn't think of a better present to send for her birthday. The arrangement sent did not disappoint
