Hello, My experience with Avas Flowers was outstanding! I mistakenly ordered two arrangements and a representative called to verify if that was correct, then took the time to remove the wrong order. Then later that day Avas called me saying the recipient was no longer living at that address. I called them back with the correct address and within 30 Michelle (the recipient) was calling to thank me. Avas went above and beyond. Thank you for the great service! Rochelle.

I had a wonderful experience ordering an azalea the other day. The salesman was very helpful and compassionate. There was complete follow-up. My azalea arrived at its destination the same day!! I ordered an arrangement to be delivered Feb. 15, the day after Valentine's Day. It was delivered on time and had beautiful flowers in it, according to the one receiving the flowers. Ordering and payment were done easily and quickly.

The young lady who took my order was very patient and friendly with this hard-of-hearing customer during a difficult purchase - difficult due to the death of a beloved cousin. She was careful to take and repeat my information. She found the item I wanted right away and processed the order quickly. I received an email after the delivery of the item, on time and to the right place. I am very happy with this service, but hope that I will not need it again for a very long time.

Ordering online was easy. Delivery made on date requested. The recipient, Mrs Planavsky. was celebrating her 90th birthday...she absolutely loved the plants in the arrangement. I thought flowers in January, in Ohio, would make her day...and it did!
