it was very easy to order even on a busy holiday week-end and though delivery was not possible that day, it was done the next day thank you!

My order was placed by phone with Frances....she was very courteous & helpful. Answered all my questions plus described the arrangement. Received the confirmation for order online promptly. Although I did not view the order at the funeral home I'm sure it was beautiful & just what I wanted. If I need anything in the future I will be sure to call Avas Flowers.

The arrangement was beautiful and well liked. My suggestion has to do with delivery. I received an email that it had been delivered and left at the front door, however I had not heard from the recipient and so we called to see if they like it. The recipient did not know there was a delivery. Could there be a phone call or ringing of the doorbell (like UPS does) to alert the recipient. In this case they rarely use the front door as they enter and leave through the garage. Thanks
