I was able to select the flower arrangement, additional items, and pay for the gift - all online, and it got to the recipient the same day - all the way across the country. Great job! Really amazing service. Thank you!

I had to change the delivery date from a Friday early morning delivery to a Saturday early morning delivery and used the online method. It said that I would receive a call back to confirm the new date and time. I did not get a call. I tried to call. It's very difficult to get through your system to talk to someone. So, I re-requested the change through the online system. They only way I knew that the sympathy peace plant was delivered when we wanted it to be was by the invoice that was sent post delivery. Glad it made it. Thanks.

I was pleased with the service, but the tulips that I really wanted were replaced by carnations. So I was a bit disappointed by the arrangement.
