I used Avas Flowers for my father's graveside service at the West Park Cemetery. Avas was exceptional from start to finish and made the entire process seamless. My customer service rep was informed, helpful and kind even taking the time to sympathize with my loss. They were able to deliver the flowers directly to the cemetery location ahead of the service, making the day less stressful (especially as I was from out of town). The fireside basket was beautiful, on time, and placed with care at the site. I highly recommend Avas Flowers in Cleveland, Ohio.
